At Kenn Borek Air (CARs 573 AMO; CARs 704 Commercial Ops), she led Technical Records and fleet maintenance planning for 30+ aircraft across international bases—supporting Antarctic and polar deployments and third-party overhauls.

At AvWorks Aerospace (CARs 573 AMO), she began as a QC Auditor—reviewing work orders across four bases and delivering formal audit reports to Transport Canada—then advanced to Operations Manager overseeing client support, project coordination, business operations, and regulatory readiness.

Over the course of her career, Erica has managed numerous pre-purchase inspections and aircraft import/export projects to and from Canada, coordinating records conformity, approvals, and paperwork handoffs across authorities and buyers.

At ECHO AirDocs, she applies that end-to-end experience to turn fragmented paperwork into organized, searchable records and plain-language status briefs with clearly flagged gaps—culminating in a buyer-ready package that unifies digitized records, maintenance and modification history, and conformity checks, so owners, operators, and AMOs can act with confidence.
